I have received the worst service from RTN Mental Health Solutions. My GP referred me to them for an ADHD assessment - against my wishes as I wanted to go with Care ADHD. Apparently, RTN’s waiting times were shorter.. well, 8 months later and I still do not have an official diagnoses or treatment plan. Please steer away from RTN Mental Health Solutions. They misinform you on waiting times, for both assessments and reports. I started my AuDHD journey in January, and 10 months later I'm still waiting for my ADHD report. This is after e-mailing them twice to chase and sending a message through Facebook. As someone has already mentioned, how they manage to bag a NHS is mind blowing. Please, if you're wanting an assessment via the 'Right to Choose', I'd definitely go with another company.
We went to RTN after waiting years on the NHS to get an ASD assessment. It was a very speedy process. The assessment was done onine it was very through. Our son was put at ease and felt more comfortable doing it at home. The report was a very indepth report it has helped us get an EHCP for our son.
How this company was ever awarded an NHS contract is beyond comprehension. I was led to believe they were capable of delivering a high quality, hassle free assessment and in relatively good time. My family and I missed the deadline to submit the pending RTN report to the EHCP assessment stage. It’s been almost 12 months and we still do not have a quality report available. Very pleased with the whole assessment process, I felt listened to and genuinely validated through my detailed and thorough diagnostic. Would definitely use again in the future as prices are affordable if you truly want answers.
