RTN pride themselves on being a quick and reliable service but I am still waiting for my report 6 months after completing the consultation. It is extremely frustrating to continuously receive their emails to attract new clients, where they promotes a service that provides fast and easy assessments, but my experience has been the complete opposite. The delay in my diagnostic assessment is unacceptable. My assessment was delayed twice, leading it to be 2 months later than originally scheduled, which was already more than 3 months after my forms were completed, in JANUARY, almost 6 MONTHS after my payment in full. This was far from the 3 months it stated on your website. During my appointment, they told me that there was conflicting information between my informants, something that surely could have been checked in that 6 MONTH gap. This company can’t be recommended enough! I was signed posted to RTN by another parent. The whole process was swift and all the staff were polite, professional and helpful at all stages. This company has a vast and varied team of experienced clinicians covering all aspects for your needs. I’m over the moon with my son’s diagnosis and now we are on our journey to get the support we have been waiting for years. Highly recommend!

I “completed” my autism assessments (interviews and questionnaires) in the middle of November 2024. I was told that my results should follow soon, so I waited. I ended up receiving an email shortly after completing all of the assessments saying that they were “missing informant data” from my school, which is factually untrue as the teacher that completed my questionnaire for me received a confirmation email from RTN that her questionnaire was received.
