I’m really pleased with my experience with RTN mental health solutions. After going through the NHS for my adhd assessment which was stressful from the beginning.I decided to go private for an autism assessment for myself. Absolute shambles of a “professional” “expert” company! Been referred to by the NHS for my daughters assessment and now had the case closed after “not being able to contact me”.. I contacted them over 3 weeks ago as they’d sent me a letter stating they couldn’t contact me and I hadn’t filled any questionnaires in, I had filled them in months prior but for some strange reason they had the completely wrong email and wrong telephone number for me. Really good. Started the process around Xmas and spread the cost over 3 months. Very reasonably priced compared to other private autism assessments. Got my questionnaires for myself and my informants a week or so after submitting my triage forms. Got my invitation to book my assessment in mid February, decided to wait until end of March to fit in with work and also to give me some time to prepare. I went down right to choose route for an ADHD diagnosis. Referral went in before Christmas and I was seen by an assessor within 4 weeks. I was then seen 12 weeks later by a psychiatrist with RTN who confirmed I had a diagnosis of ADHD. Assessment was very thorough in my opinion and two statements were gathered from my mum and wife for childhood and present symptoms. Overall process took 5 months, currently waiting on diagnostic report which I was told would take 8 weeks. No concerns at all so far.
Unprofessional approach to a client. Failed to deliver the service in agreed time. Stressful experience. Not recommended.
