2 stars because the atm at this location is always having some sort of issue. For every 10x I may drive over here to do a transaction, more than half the time 6/10, there's some sort of problem and I'm unable to make the transaction using the atm system. This is super annoying, please do better .

Everyone here is very kind. Easy in and out process without any complications. One to two tellers observed each visit. No complaints.

I really wanted to use a credit union when I came to Boston area, but my enthusiasm was dashed by the utter incompetence and inefficiency of this organization. (I have tried small, local banks, which are better and fine, until you need to access your money or do out-of-state and international transactions.) RTN, however, takes bad to new lavel. In a nutshell, I requested statements going back a maybe a year and was told by a teller it could take months and I would have to wait to speak with some kind of specialist or manager... read more

Dawnmarie Clarke The Branch Manager Was Very Helpful, She Explained The Details Of All The Products To Me and My Mother. We Successfully Opened A Joint Savings Account. I Will Definitely Recommend This Credit Union To The Public. Thank You!
