I've waited over a year to write this. I was giving Tom the benefit of the doubt that he would come fix the issues on the project that he did for us, but all he has done is dodged calls and emails. Super disappointed. Last year tom installed 4 windows in our house. 2 of them had the correct swing, 2 of them didn't. After the project was completed we pointed out this error and Tom agreed that we did ask for both of the windows on the side of our house to be LH opening.
