I had an evaporator issue with my BMW (really common on the G30 chassis) that Esteban and Richard helped me with, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Esteban was excellent on the phone — very professional, clear, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Richard worked directly on my car, identified the issue, and took care of it with great attention to detail. The passenger lock knob on my X3 got pushed inside my door. I brought it to RTM just before closing and they took me in. I waited in my car while one of the mechanics removed the door panel and fixed the lock. He put everything back as if nothing had happened. The prices here are always extremely reasonable too!
