RTM did a LOT of rot damage. I told them I was tired of leaks and wanted it fixed for good. They did exactly that. Was impressed on the lead flashings for my vents instead of rubber boots. Love my new skylights. Because I have trees, they gave me a shingle that is resistant to mold , moss and mildew. They also did a great job of cleaning up. Dwayne and Lemo managed the job perfectly. Would recommend RTM Roofing to everyone..
The entire team at RTM was great! We had damage from the recent ice storm. I received a call back the same day I reached out for an estimate. I was connected to a specialist who was my point of contact throughout the entire process. He was kind and knowledgeable and able to answer any question I had. He helped me navigate insurance and met with my adjuster to ensure everything that was damaged was covered. I was referred to Chris by my neighbor and he's been amazing. I had some shingles come off during a storm and the same during some high winds a few weeks later. He noted that my original shingles on my home were defective and that the manufacturer would likely replace them at no cost.
