BEWARE. I don't ever leave reviews but if I could leave 0 stars I would. This was my first time using RTM Inc, we dropped off 13 different parts to be clear coat anodized. Chad only gave us back 9 of those 13 different parts. At first I was understanding things happen maybe they forgot to give us a box but after 3 days of no answers we were still without our parts or an answer. He was extremely rude and unhelpful over the phone. I will be returning my business to Accurate Metal Finishes.

Chad has always done a great job for my business and handled my parts with care. I have used several other local anodize companies and I send my stuff to Chad 4 hours away because he is the best i have found.

Had a pleasant experience with Chad at RTM. I gave him a set of custom billet aluminum paddle shifters for a Porsche 911 and I requested for them to be anodized in a matte/satin black finish so that the machining marks from the CNC were still visible on the shifters themselves, giving it a "brushed black" look. The pieces came out absolutely perfect and I would not hesitate doing business with RTM again!

Zero stars if it were possible. Do not use this company. They'll take your parts, screw them up, then bill you without regard to whether they did what you asked or not. Sent POLISHED parts to be bright dipped anodized and received them back as satin bright dip. When we asked why they were not polished, the owner said he had to redo them and he doesn't polish so that's what we get.
