Great old school service. I first went to RTM looking to purchase a forklift. I wound up purchasing elsewhere but when I needed service, Tom was happy to assist. They came in for some repairs. Techs were professional and on time. Over a year later the issue came back, battery went bad. Even though it was over the warranty period, he replaced the battery, no charge at all. Labor or parts. Great business practice treating a client right. He earned a customer for life.
