Hard work for 1-1/2 days yielded an extraordinary result. I highly recommend Eric & Co if you ever consider your garage as another room in your house. The before floor (1 photo) had cracks, stains and holes where boards had been nailed down and held the dirt and sand. The after floor (3 photos) is 100% repaired, is now curing, will be very easy to keep clean and will handle the car traffic without stains. My wife and I  hired Eric to install our floors in May, but unfortunately, the installation was poorly done. The product was laid improperly, and the water barrier was spread too thin, causing water to seep through and creating bubbles of water under the floor. After months of back and forth trying to find a solution, the situation became increasingly frustrating, and I had to consider taking Eric to small claims court.
