Hard work for 1-1/2 days yielded an extraordinary result. I highly recommend Eric & Co if you ever consider your garage as another room in your house. The before floor (1 photo) had cracks, stains and holes where boards had been nailed down and held the dirt and sand. The after floor (3 photos) is 100% repaired, is now curing, will be very easy to keep clean and will handle the car traffic without stains. My wife and I  hired Eric to install our floors in May, but unfortunately, the installation was poorly done. The product was laid improperly, and the water barrier was spread too thin, causing water to seep through and creating bubbles of water under the floor. After months of back and forth trying to find a solution, the situation became increasingly frustrating, and I had to consider taking Eric to small claims court. Eric was recommended by our painter who had redone our floor a few years ago but his work was peeling up. He no longer will paint garage floors because he doesn’t have Eric’s equipment to prepare the surface. Eric did a wonderful job not only in redoing our floor’s surface but cleaning up after he was done - even vacuuming in it hallway from the garage!! I highly recommend him.

**** Updated**** I reached out to Eric multiple times in a very professional manner to address the issues with my floors. Regrettably, others who saw my floors and believed they were not done professionally have left one-star reviews. These reviews were not influenced by me, but it seems like I'm being unfairly punished for them. Despite my repeated attempts to find a resolution, I received no satisfactory solution from this company. I have worked with Eric on a number of projects over the course of many years. I have also recommended RTI to many of my neighbors. To a project everyone has been extremely satisfied by the application , especially the final results. Eric just completed a restoration of my 21 year old stamped concrete driveway.
