Extremely Frustrating experience with RTI Cabinets. At first, they were extremely quick to fill the order and help with getting everything ordered. We have to pay everything in full beforehand. I was told 6 to 7 weeks at ordering time, which, being a contracting business, we just schedule around it. There is no follow-up from the RTI team during production; you need to be the one following up with them. Good customer service and reasonable prices, the quality seems to be good as well, purchased cabinets for my kitchen and I'm pleased with the results.
BRUTAL. I ordered cabinets in May of 2025 with a promised production and delivery time of 6 -7 weeks as per their website. 4.5 months later and I am still waiting. There has been zero proactive communication with respect to the unexplained delays from RTI. When I inquire with RTI, I get excuses, but no actual delivery dates. I would not recommend this company for your cabinet projects.

Highly recommend not buying from RTI if you need your kitchen done. I made an order in mid-March. According to their website, production time should’ve been 6 weeks. In May, I was told they would be delivered in June, in July, mid-July, and now at the end of July they still haven’t been finished. Right now I’m out the money it cost to order them, I can’t order replacements from someone else, I can’t finish my kitchen, and I have no true answers to when it’ll be finished.
