Highly recommend not buying from RTI if you need your kitchen done. I made an order in mid-March. According to their website, production time should’ve been 6 weeks. In May, I was told they would be delivered in June, in July, mid-July, and now at the end of July they still haven’t been finished. Right now I’m out the money it cost to order them, I can’t order replacements from someone else, I can’t finish my kitchen, and I have no true answers to when it’ll be finished. The quality of the cabinets is in line with the price point. The selection in the showroom was decent, and the staff was professional. There were some delays with a couple of pieces, but RTI resolved the issue in a reasonable time.
