The quality of the cabinets is in line with the price point. The selection in the showroom was decent, and the staff was professional. There were some delays with a couple of pieces, but RTI resolved the issue in a reasonable time.
To be honest, idk about these one star reviews but my experience has been good so far. All my questions were answered timely and my cabinets look great. Just waiting for the countertops to be installed.
I’m beyond impressed with both the quality of the cabinets and the customer service. The craftsmanship is excellent - clearly built to last. On top of that the team was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. They made ever easy and stress free. Highly recommended!!
