It's unfortunate that this RTF Fire Protection employee choose not to be a good neighbor. They parked their vehicle for 30+ minutes, with no visible loading/unloading, in a zone intended for 10 minute loading/unloading only. Their actions were both illegal and they displaced and prevented others from utilizing the public temporary space for its intended purpose.
Kyle came out to do our fire extinguisher inspection. Great job. Also, funny with some great stories!
If I could give 0 stars I would. On top of them completely screwing up the water valve and shutting it off and forgetting about it costing my business two days of work, they’re refusing to rectify this situation. If you can go with another company, I definitely recommend doing so. They are refusing to fix the problem and we are now pursuing other options at this time. Run far away.
