This review is for service provided 12/18/2024. Will was extremely knowledgeable on the issue and how to execute his process of elimination for what all may be causing my issues with pressure and the heating tank. Not only did he provide insight on how products may be contributing to the issue (which some were) but also who to use in the future and how beneficial their warranties are. The plumber came out to fix a leak on a brand new tankless water heater. He was great but had to call to get approval to replace the filter housing. (It’s cracked) The office said no when clearly this was an installation/factory mess up. I called the office and got put on hold then transferred to the president. Very very rude. He assured me that this never happens and it’s not their problem. Well it’s happening now
