Pete with RTC construction was great to work with. We needed a garage converted to family room and master suite added on. It wasn't just that his bid came in under others, but that he worked with us to make smart compromises to our plans to get the cost down to meet our budget. The work was amazing, on time, and he had no problems with adjustments we wanted done along the way. We ended up saving 100-200k over the cost of moving to a bigger house. I highly recommend!
