I thought it was bad before, but with the new AI system it's has gotten worse. Divers don't know who there picking until they give a location. Never on time you can book your ride 2 hours in advance and they still pick you up 2 to 3 hours late. The new system is horribl. Edit: It's been a while and still the system is even worse. I left my home at 12 It's almost 2 pm and im still on the bus. The router never takes you were you should go. The system is stupid and whoever made this change needs to be fired!!!
The system is still needs to be a bit more working and again before I criticize on the drivers it’s not the driver‘s fault even though some of them couldn’t know what they’re doing with their jobs. It’s more than the system that is being managed on and instead, it’s the issue that I can’t set up the same day but why when I mess up a bus ride schedule if they just fix it and focus more these issues like you know pick up times the lament times you know people who needs to drop off, etc. then I would’ve gave it a bit more highe... read more
For the past 4 years, I have had to deal with the laziest dispatchers Jackie and Tammy. They always answers the phone like they hates their job, goes against policy and ADA Law by refusing to send a driver/refusing to find the driver when the app says the driver is arriving momentarily/refuses to send a message to the driver when clients call to let dispatch know they are on way, snaps at clients, short with clients, and I wouldn't put it past them to refuse to take calls.
