I am metally ill from depression.the way they test people makes me sad and affaid,with out there help.i cant get around
This is my worst experience my whole life. ADA paratransit is incompetent,unreliable. It's sickening how they treat me. They have screwed up so many of my medical appointments over and over and they just treat it like its no big deal. They put me on hold over and over. They transfer me over and over to different departments even though I press the department that the answering message says to press. This driver is so rude
Two days, not during peak hours, on hold 10, 30 and 60 minutes at a time. They would come on the phone say "Hang on" and place me on hold again. I had to take off work to take my Mom to the Doctor because we couldn't schedule a ride. What is going on down there?!
If I could give them a -1 star I would. The customer service lady was awful and not helpful at all. She even hung up on me. I decided to do Uber instead of using this company. DON'T use them!
