I don't ride one but I dont appreciate being blocked by them when im trying to pick up my own disabled husband. Especially, when I was backing out before they blocked me in.
In scheduling almost 5 months of rides using Paratransit, there's only been ONE time they got it right. And no one there seems to care. Incompetent and uncaring. The only thing they do consistently is their incompetence.

This is my worst experience my whole life. ADA paratransit is incompetent,unreliable. It's sickening how they treat me. They have screwed up so many of my medical appointments over and over and they just treat it like its no big deal. They put me on hold over and over. They transfer me over and over to different departments even though I press the department that the answering message says to press.
