Update, 8/14/2026 - my whole scooter fell over on the 212 bus at 10:35am and missed my appointment, my next appointment is at the beginning of October... why??? I scheduled an appointment with the wrong address and Latisha or Latasha from ride inquiry decided to have an attitude at at job SHE chose to work at and play God to disabled people. I thought it was bad before, but with the new AI system it's has gotten worse. Divers don't know who there picking until they give a location. Never on time you can book your ride 2 hours in advance and they still pick you up 2 to 3 hours late. The new system is horribl. Edit: It's been a while and still the system is even worse. I left my home at 12 It's almost 2 pm and im still on the bus. The router never takes you were you should go. The system is stupid and whoever made this change needs to be fired!!! This has got to be the worst not only he drove very close to me as I was walking but drove around my apartment and drove super close to me almost hitting my shoulder with side of this bus I guess safety isn't this guy's culture and character
