They deserve 0 stars as 1 star is too high. Poor customer service. They don't understand simple laws. They lie on the phone. They said the board of pharmacy does not allow you to call in a renewal on a CPAP machine which is a lie. I informed then I was both a pharmacist and medical doctor with active license in both, but they would not listen. The board just does not allow controlled substances for yourself or family. If you want poor service and to be lied to, this is the place for you.

This company is the worst of the worst. They don't rate to even have a star for the poorest company you can deal with. They brought me a true b.s. chair. When I talked to them they simply told me, "when you signed for the chair, it became yours............ This is my 5th chair and they brought me the same chair as I started with20 years ago. BEWARE of THESE SCAM DEALERS.

Are they even still open???I've been trying to arrange mobile 02 for over week. Main number goes directly to insidious music and after 20 or so minutes goes to a leave a message message. After a total of about 3 hours on hold, I'm still waiting!!!

RTA has dealt very slowly in servicing my electric chair. I am still waiting. My family is out of tow and I can’t drive. Need help.

Slow response. Customer service needs a serious overhaul. No call back. All phone calls go to voice mail.
