Patched my tire with no wait
Review for RT Tire, Dublin (Bay Area): I had a very bad experience at RT Tire in Dublin. The staff, especially the manager Jason, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I tried to escalate my concern, I contacted their other location and spoke with the owner’s daughter, but unfortunately, she was also very disrespectful. Their customer service shows a lot of attitude, and instead of treating people fairly, they overcharge. Tires are not free, and we are paying customers who deserve respect.
