Over the last several years Ron. And Teresa have done a great job for us on our above. Ground pool—right up to this year. Around March of this year Ron contracted us about paying ahead to open our pool and we could select when we wanted to get our pool opened. We sent R&T $329 for this privilege and agreed to have our pool opened early June. Since that time we’ve been ghosted each time we messaged them. This is late June and haven’t heard a single word from them. What a lousy way of doing business.
We had a really ugly opening this Spring. To make it worse, we struggled to find someone reliable to help us with our pool. What a huge relief and stroke of luck finding Ron and Teresa! Ron is a true professional and turned this overwhelming problem into our like new pool. They did what that promised, when they promised, and went over and above to make our pool right.
Our pool is 37 yrs. Old, thought it's was too old, time to get rid of it. called Ron & Teresa, they put a new liner in it and it looks new again. R&T did a great job, always kept us informed & on time and quality workmanship. Highly recommend them. Now we have 20 more years for grandkids to enjoy relaxing & swimming. Very affordable, very nice people to work with. No lumps, bumps or wrinkles in pool when done.
When we bought our house 4 years ago, we knew a pool liner replacement was on our to do list because it was faded so bad. This spring we decided to finally bite the bullet and went with R&T and we’re so glad! They explained everything from beginning to end and even gave us some tips to prolong the life of our pool and chemical recommendations. It’s very clear that they take great pride in their work and make a great team!
R&T is an awesome company and should be highly recommended by all customers. Ron is one of the hardest workers I have met (he knows his pools business) and makes sure the customer is happy by the end result. Having them contact me after the Liner was replaced and the bill had been paid proved to me they truly care about their customers. Not many companies do check in’s after the work is completed to make sure the customer was happy. I will use R&T from this point forward. They truly make you feel like family.
