Very poor service as the guys they sent spoke in Spanish and had some very cruel remarks to say about me and they didn't think that I would understand them, and I did as I know Espanol. They took their sweet time to make sure that I had to pay more money. I called and spoke to the lady on the phone at RT Relocation and told her my concerns about how slow the guys were moving my belongings and she told me that she would contact dispatch to send another guy and they never showed up. I hired RT movers to relocate our household belongs from CT to VT. But RT movers did not use proper care to pack and load my valuable items properly and carefully. So pieces were delivered with obvious serious damage. I purchased damage insurance from RT in advance to cover my move fully. I promptly and properly filed a claim for damages caused by RT.
