Matt of RT Moore was awesome! He came by today to fix my plumbing issue in one of the bathroom. He found the cause, which was from a construction rock being stuck in the pipe. Now there's no backup or nothing. The toilet flushes well. I want to thank Matt for his expertise. I really appreciate his professionalism. All around high standard service from Matt. Thank you.
The master shower pan in our Pulte new-build was squeaking with each use. Jason came out and offered a professional assessment and repair plan. He was courteous, respectful, and had great humor throughout his visits. Most importantly, he passed the vibe check with our dog. The problem appears rectified. I wish every service technician could be as professional, helpful and nice as Jason.
I bought a new home from Pulte a couple months ago. Had a leak the other night and called RT Moore to fix it. They sent Abe out to take a look and he was awesome. Very polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Took him maybe 3 hours from start to finish to replace a failed drain in my shower. Besides being really nice and great to work with, he took the time to thoroughly clean up my entertainment center that was caked in dry wall dust.
