I have been coming here since dr Goldman opened first choice medical. I brought my kids i have them as my primary doctor. I have to say this place has gone downhill so much. Revolving door of doctors. Every time i get comfortable with a doctor they are gone and they don’t let you know until you show up! Not ok! I was in yesterday and had a horrible experience. New doctor who made me feel unheard and rushed. Never called in my prescriptions and still hasn’t. Phone system is horrible. You can never call the office directly any... read more

I used to like and recommend R and T (it used to be called First Choice, which it was!). Their current hired phone service is pretty bad. It's impossible to speak with anyone in their actual office, unless you drive there in person. If you have a quick question for the receptionist, you will have no way of contacting them. You can't even access the answering machine, say, of the billing department. It's very, very frustrating.
R&T is a Heaven sent to me and my family, Dr. Rosenfeld, PTA.Joseph, office Manager Rebecca, Monica and the wonderful Staff has always in my opinion have been the most Knowledgeable,professional,friendliness,and kindness and very concern people i have ever met in a doctor's office, we will be going there for as long as we can..
