My husband needed a DOT physical, before going we called to ask if they did DOT physicals and were told yes anytime before 3pm. My husband gets there as a walk in knowing that it may take a while without an appt. As soon as he speaks with a guy (didn’t catch his name) my husband felt he wasn’t being helpful at all, in fact he made it seem as he was doing everything in his power not to have my husband seen. The only doctor I fully trust!
Updating my last review from the summer 2024. My Tests results took way longer than usual for renal issues. PA finally reached me to explain some staffing issues, causing delays. Appreciated his reach out and explanation. Went again last night for an ecocardiogram hoping results in with my follow-up appt next week. Everyone was super nice and helpful especially the tech doing my test. I've always found this practice to be very helpful and easy to work with. I recommend them. The doctor is great and the PAs as well.
This walk in is hit or miss sometimes long long waits other times not. Sometimes the front staff is friendly sometimes not. All the doctors have always been great which is a plus. Last time my wife went there they put my birthday down for her prescription which made it impossible to find. Went back and forth with the front desk and CVS. CVS finally figured out what the problem was.
