An overall great service and experience setting up a home care plan for my aunt. I initially intended to use them short term as we were already signed up with another home care provider (who cancelled an entire week's schedule last minute!), but we were so impressed with the ease and quality of care we received that we switched to RT Medical as our primary home care provider. Can't recommend them enough!

It is hard been a caregiver not being able to be there all the time. We have been very lucky to have RT Medical help us a lot in the care of our mum and we are very grateful for that. They have been very professional in the care and always in communication with us so the continue care for my mum is not jeopardize. I highly recommend RT Medical for those who need the extra support for a love one. CS
