I went as a walk in. The receptionist was very pleasant and the wait was less than 10 minutes. The nurse introduced herself and took my blood pressure and required information. The doctor (I am sorry, I do not recall her name) was very professional and thorough. Her manner made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She looked at me while we talked and listened carefully. She addressed my concerns and described a plan to address my issue. I highly recommend this office.
My experience was very good and I am happy to have clinic so close to home. I would definitely come back again if needed. Doctor and everyone else are very nice. If I may recommend a couple of things; Aging population, and there is a lot of us, need's arm chairs in the waiting room. It is safer for us to sit and get up. However there was not much of a waiting and everyone is so pleasent and professional. Also it would be better if there is a safety bar beside the toilet. I highly recommend RT Medical Home Care for your medical and personal support needs. I had a friend come out of the hospital, and she needed help with many daily tasks. I did a google search, had no contacts, and It was a stressful time, I called RT one evening to leave a message, and someone answered. She took my information and had the right person call me back the next day. We discussed my friend’s needs, which were mostly around household help while she was unable to move around much.
