This is our 4th trip to the RT lodge, and every time is better than before! We love the location, the free bikes, the free and amazing breakfast, the restaurant and morningside room, the Koi fish pond (you can feed them for free), the comfortable beds and the soon to be open SPA! The bartenders are incredible (craft cocktails are superb), and front desk manager and restaurant managers are very hospitable. Beautiful setting in the woods with great gardens and paths. Meals were wonderful and the staff were some of the best that I've encountered. The rooms didn't have some of the amenities that hotels have like mini-fridge, coffee maker, and individual AC control but the overall atmosphere over came these issues. Great coffee wasn't far away and staff got me an ice bucket promptly. We'll be back.
Stayed one night and had dinner and breakfast. Super convenient location behind maryville college in the woods. Good bike trails. All staff were pleasent. The room was good, kinda of an appalachian feel. Defi ately know it used to be a corporate dorm but they did a good job converting. Outdoor firepit is nice to relax.
I spoke with Mark at the front desk. Super rude and unprofessional. Does not listen.
