Poor customer service
I needed a simple fix done with a couple of pipe flashings on my roof. I checked out a handful of local roofing contractors and R&T came in with the best ball park price as a true estimate couldn't be provided until the professional assessed the job - an understandable industry standard. They were able to be flexible while scheduling my appointment and arrived timely when the day came for the repair.
