My technician was awesome, as always.. He stripped down the furnace and cleaned every part. He took photos , so he could show me the condition - before and after. I would highly recommend all the technicians for any service work. thanks for a job well done..

Great organization hire great staff. Tech came by the diagnosed the issue and fixed it before leaving. I only say this as many service techs leave to get parts and come back days later… Will use you guys again if and when needed. Kudos to your team and Thank you

Great experience. Another company we had come wanted to sell us a new hot water heater because they decided they couldn’t bring our chimney up to code (they didn’t even try to install the liner). Derek from RT worked his butt off to get that chimney liner down, allowing us to save $3800 by not needing a new hot water heater! They aren’t the cheapest, but their prices are still competitive and the installation process was smooth and professional.
