Technician Al called me and had a brief discussion on my requested service. He arrived shortly there after and proceeded to run a complete diagnostic while explaining the entire process. The repairs to my AC were completed promptly and with great service. I would highly recommend using RT and if you can request Al you will not be disappointed.

We have used RT over the last three years or so from a friends recommendation, RT do our annual HVAC servicing and have performed some plumbing updates and repairs since we moved into our new place three years back, the staff and techs are really great and very professional and we have been very happy with the work carried out so far. we are planning on having RT back out in the new year for the next phase of our home improvements. we would certainly recommend RT based on our experience so far.
