Superb gym always friendly and helpful
Very unsafe environment for anyone who has, or has had, an eating disorder or struggled with disordered eating or poor body image. Almost died because despite knowing my medical history believed they knew better than medical professionals and gave me advice that was almost fatal. Very sad that they take advantage of people with these disorders with no psychiatric know-how or awareness of the damage they are doing to promote their business. Great gym. We come to Flamborough a few times a year for a week and had been using the leisure centre. Will always use RT fitness now. Friendly. Excellent equipment and great value for a week pass.
Visited the gym whilst in the area seeing family. Great set up with top quality equipment and friendly staff. Would recommend a visit!
