Very unsafe environment for anyone who has, or has had, an eating disorder or struggled with disordered eating or poor body image. Almost died because despite knowing my medical history believed they knew better than medical professionals and gave me advice that was almost fatal. Very sad that they take advantage of people with these disorders with no psychiatric know-how or awareness of the damage they are doing to promote their business. I've been at rt for nearly 8yr originally starting with carnage then moving onto the barbell programme ....I've thoroughly enjoyed my time here making friends that I now call family...the coaches are amazing always there when you need them never judging just giving expert advice ...it really is the best place to train
I have been with the Barbell Club element of RT Fitness for just over a year now and it is the best decision I have ever made. The Coaches are knowledgeable and supportive, the programs are challenging and the community is awesome. RT Fitness always have your best interests at heart and want you to be nothing but your best. Take the leap!
