Excellent, Honest, and prompt customer service! Humans answer the phone and they schedule you right away and they shoot it to you straight! They came out to look at my issue, told us what was needed, they came out and delivered exactly what was discussed. They are saved in my phone for any future work we might need for our wooden fence!!!

My father was on a mission to find a very specific amount of fencing to finish a horse pasture. After checking other farm stores with no luck (and not wanting to buy oversized rolls far more than he needed), he gave R&T Fence Co a call. He spoke with Jeff, who assured him he could help. Sure enough, Jeff had exactly what was needed. Mission accomplished! R&T Fence Co will be in our minds for future fence needs!

I was very impressed by the customer service offered through R&T Fence. My fence is 25 years old and needed a repair. I do not know who originally installed the fence, but called R &T for repair work. Kirk Kapusta, the sales estimator came out to look at it to give me an estimate. After reviewing the problem, he said he would come back the next day when he had the proper tool and it would only take a few minutes to fix- no charge! Very pleased with all of the work - and communication - from R&T. I needed to have about 280' of 6' privacy fence taken down, and get replaced with a three-rail split-rail fence with welded wire all around, and two gates. The few times I called, someone always picked up the phone; when I sent an email, I always got a reply. This is huge in my book. My wife and I were looking for a fence to enclose our backyard for a dog we were adopting. I had a co-worker suggest I look into R&T Fence. We didn't want a privacy fence, so when Ryan came out for the quote, we appreciated him showing us the vinyl and aluminum picket options available to us.
