Excellent, Honest, and prompt customer service! Humans answer the phone and they schedule you right away and they shoot it to you straight! They came out to look at my issue, told us what was needed, they came out and delivered exactly what was discussed. They are saved in my phone for any future work we might need for our wooden fence!!!
I was very impressed by the customer service offered through R&T Fence. My fence is 25 years old and needed a repair. I do not know who originally installed the fence, but called R &T for repair work. Kirk Kapusta, the sales estimator came out to look at it to give me an estimate. R and T installed a fence in our backyard two years ago and we were very happy with their work. Recently, our neighbor’s landscaper damaged a number of our spindles with their mower. We reached out to R and T and spoke with the owner and he couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. He scheduled a time to have a crew come to repair the spindles. They showed up on time and made the repair. We would highly recommend R and T Fence.
R & T installed our fence in October and they did a great Job. Their crew worked their tails off for 2 days and provided us a great looking fence !
