We purchased our new home via Matthew Bourke at RT Edgar in Kyneton. I can't speak highly enough of the great customer service and responsive communication provided by Matthew. In addition both the owner and Mathew very kindly allowed us regular access prior to settlement to assist us with our planned renovation's. This made a huge difference to allow us to hit the ground running on the day after settlement. No request ever seemed too much and the whole experience was very positive. Highly recommend.

If you're looking for a rental, I'd highly advise avoiding ones managed by RT Edgar. We had a nightmare dealing with the property manager as a renter. They treat you as a number and are entirely looking after the land lords best interests not yours. It was only after saying that we were prepared to go VCAT, that the land lord relented on all their demands.
