Mary Hrushkar, who is our property manager. Is incredible. On multiple times she has gone ( in our opinion ) beyond what would be considered the norm in regards to issues that we have had with our property. RT Edgar is fortunate to have such a professional working with them and we are as fortunate to have someone like Mary ,working for us.I would highly recommend RT Edgar to manage your property, provided Mary was the person you dealt with.

Due to very poor performance by my previous property manager I transferred management to R T Edgar in Gisborne. I have received nothing less than outstanding service from, initially, Marissa the senior and partner of Property Management. After the tenants had left Marissa helped deal with a number of serious maintenance issues. Which then meant I had a house that was exceptionally attractive to a number of prospective tenants.
