I recently had an issue with the seals I was using. They failed when I used them and did not effectively prevent leaks. I contacted RT Dygert and spoke with them about the issue. Their staff was very knowledgeable and willing to help. They were able to use similar experiences that other client had had to quickly understand how to solve my seal issue. The combination of excellent customer service, experience and an extensive selection of seals and o-rings made for a great experience.
