Highly recommend! I have worked with their geotechnical engineers for over 15 years and remain completely impressed with their expertise and customer service! We had some oceanfront property on the Oregon Coast and HG Schlicker was the key in making it a successful investment. Their engineers are now working with our buyers to develop and build a beautiful home with beach access. A great firm with an impeccable reputation. Brilliant, smart and savvy. Highly recommend!
Work product is adequate but the customer service is abhorrent. Engineers are notoriously awkward social communicators but this group takes it to a whole new level. I would use this firm again if I was desperate, but I would recommend interviewing other firms to determine if a “partnership” relationship is important to you.
