“They did not perform my tire rotation correctly and kept me waiting for a month. They told me they would call me, but they never did. I ended up getting my tire rotation done at the Valvoline shop next to them because they did not seem to know how to do it properly.”
I arrived at 445pm inquiring about an inspection since the hours posted online say they're open until 6pm. The guy in the shop said "No, because I already turned the machine off." If you're open until 6pm, why are you not doing inspections still? Or like other places until 5pm? I've spent a few hundred dollars here getting tires and having a wheel bearing replaced. Time to shop for a shop that stays open until posted times!
I visited after hitting a pothole and feeling a wobble. They checked the rim and tire carefully and found no major damage. Just balancing was needed. After that, the wobble disappeared and the ride felt normal again.
The employees here are incompetent; they don't understand the mechanics of a car at all. You'd be better off steering clear of this service center.
I accidentally took wrong place to do the oil change because I have a couple at Valvoline. They are next to each other. But the manager Asad said don't worry. He gave me the discount for oil change. Thank you.
