The owner of this business scheduled a date for me to have my transmission replaced in my truck. I dropped it off and the work began. I dropped by the next day to find him working on the truck while drinking liquor, the little mini shot bottles, claiming that it was his cold remedy. I have had nothing but excellent work from Rt 11. They are the only mechanics that I have used in several years. I couldn’t be happier with their work.
Shawn and the guys are very accommodating and don't jerk the customer around. When a part was pricey they let me surf the web and find one for cheaper to put on at no extra cost from them. When I asked if they could have the car fixed by 2, Shawn said he'd give it his best shot. It was done at 1:45...enough said. Oh, and they topped off my washer fluid because the light was on. Thanks guys!!!
The two qualities you need in automotive repair - competence and integrity. This place has both! Sean has fixed our vehicles when others could not and he only fixes what is needed. For example, a major repair diagnosed at another shop ended up being avoided by Sean discovering a $3 fuse that was blown. That won my business! Since then he has taken care of all of my vehicles. Yesterday I brought my son's vehicle in for what was expected to be a significant suspension repair which turned out to be just tightening up a bolt.
