From the moment he arrived, the electrician was condescending and acted like my questions were a huge inconvenience. He traipsed dirt through my clean house, left a trail of wire clippings and drywall dust all over my new hardwood floors, and used my bathroom without wiping his boots. The final straw was when I saw deep gauge scratches on my floor from him dragging his ladder. When I pointed it out, he said, 'Floors get scratched.' Richard helped me out at very short notice to do some small works. I rang him first but wanted someone in sooner and he said just call him back if I needed, which I did. He fitted me in between other jobs and also came back to double check something. He is an openly honest person, charged a very competitive price and I will certainly refer him to others ‼️
