I want to give RSVP Bridal boutique 10 stars!! My local boutique was of no help and told me to look elsewhere. RSVP Bride found THE DRESS I wanted in the color and size I needed and shipped it to me because I live 3 1/2 hours away. It fits perfectly! Their customer service is amazing. They are super friendly and helpful and very prompt!! I HIGHLY recommend this boutique!!!
Since they opened their new location- the worst experience I have ever had and now they refuse to “provide any more services to me”because I dared complained about the customer service. Walking into the store no one greeted me, I asked about the appointment and got "yeah someone will be with you. The attendant handed me the clipboard and I filled it out.
