My experience with the superintendent at RSVC has been very negative. Beyond poor communication and lack of leadership, their attitude and behavior toward others is unprofessional and disrespectful. They treat employees and coworkers poorly, show little regard for teamwork, and create a hostile environment instead of supporting people. Driver on Van Buren and Lincoln around 8:45 pm Mon 8/18 spotted throwing litter full of liquid out of the window of the driver seat. Noticed another recent review of poor driver behavior for this company as well. Sharing to bring awareness to the situation and for the company to reconsider their morals and actions in the community. We do not need this type of irresponsibility in our local neighborhoods.
Drivers can’t follow basic traffic rules. Specifically whoever was driving van 149 around 8:15pm 6/08/26 southbound 55. Consider a different company because this one can’t even hire competent drivers. It’s also not just this one time, I’ve witnessed this multiple times from the same company on many different occasions
