I have been a member at RSTR since 2021 when we moved back to the South Loop. When I first joined, it was a convenient gym right across the street; however, it has become so much more than that. RSTR is not only an amazing community, but it's a family. Great quick workouts
Solid program, clean facilities, good equipment, coach City was awesome
I have been a member for a couple months on and off due to my busy schedule and I really commend all the staff and coaches here for doing such an amazing job at addressing questions, making everyone feel welcome, providing proper guidance on the exercises. I wish I could continue on this fitness journey with RSTR if I didn’t need to travel. I am very sure that if I could consistently be with them for 6 months, I could be completely transformed in the best way!
