Poor customer service – Took apart working pool filters and pool cleaning system. Claimed they were broken and tried to sell me a new system for over $1000. I asked them to return all broken parts to me but they refused. Had to hire another company to replace and fix what they broke; it cost me over $600.00. System working fine before they mucked with it. My thoughts are that they take good parts and resell them to other customers.
