I worked here for almost a year it was a nightmare the inappropriate Culture that they allow there is appalling they make fun of the clients and use inappropriate language with race and sexual orientation. Me being apart of that program actually made me a nagative person I had to quit and leave the program I pray they get there stuff together and prey they get back on track.
They fired my friend right before Christmas. He applied for paid family leave to take care of me after my spine surgery. They claimed it was because he yelled at a resident once, and they had never heard a single staff member ever yell at their center before. I kid you not, that's what they said. I'm a client of poughkeepsie recently found my rent wasn't paid I have face discrimination for being trans and im afraid my housing is in jeopardy
