RSS is a decent housing program they helped me reach so much independence. When I first arrived in there program. But I feel like they don’t like criticism and don’t treat there clients with certain past issues with respect but instead take advantage of their vulnerability and lack of support to walk all over them which is not right. I know we’re all thankful for the apartment and care management program but treat your clients with respect and help them. Thank you
One of your drivers In a white truck with a trailer 4 guys in the truck carrying a lawn mower at 2:40 pm on Troy Schenectady rd today 5/26/26 decided to swerve into the other lane almost hitting us. Driving crazy fast riding our bumper. You might want to tell your drivers to not drive like idiots and almost cause an accident with the logo on the side of the truck.
