Canceled since Waste Management took over. Three weeks in a row, had half of my garbage bags (big black bags, not ripped out anything) let in my can. Called the first time, and they said they would come back by, and never did. The same happened the following two weeks. Horrendous service. That's what happens when national companies but up small town ones.
Never had a problem with them. Switched when Waste Management took over Deffenbaugh (total disaster). They've been helpful and very curteous
I have gone through many different companies in my life but RSP has been such a blessing to me and my family. I am great full for their understanding of the dynamics in my life and their ability to work with me so beautifully. Thank you kindly for everything RSP. We love you guys.
