We needed new tiles for our kitchen and bathrooms. Scott did a fantastic job! Great workmanship! Scott even helped us selecting the natural stones that we used for the kitchen and the primary bathroom. We really appreciate his craftsmanship, experiences and his esthetic intuitions. He and his crew are a great team. We highly recommend them!
The many reasons we enjoyed working with Scott: He was onsite every day. He is an excellent communicator He has over 20 years experience Works very clean and organized He cared for our property as if it was his own He is a tile setter by trade, however he is licensed to do light electrical, plumbing, and some drywall. We are extremely pleased with our new shower. AND in this day and age the product RSM produces is a great value.
Scott just finished a tile job in our primary bathroom and bedroom. He is professional, reliable, prompt, skilled, communicative, and meticulous! I wish every business owner and contractor was like him. We are so happy with his work and integrity!
Originally after the work was completed, we were happy with it. Unfortunately that changed after we had water leaking from below the shower, through the subfloor, and onto the downstairs hall floor. Scott was never able to figure out where the water was getting out though he did try. WE finally found the issue on our own. This has been a nightmare for us.
If you want tile done right, this is place! The workmanship is outstanding. Work was done on time, the job site was kept clean, and everything was communicated step by step. This guy knows his stuff from start to finish and was able to give professional insight on design, quality of different tiles, hardware and more.
