Great guy, honest friendly and gets the job done right. Highly recommend
I had a sensor go out on my Peterbilt particulate system, I got ahold of Russ, told him I still needed to unload my cattle and I would be back in the area around 8 pm, he said no problem I’ll meet u when you get back!! This guy is top notch, he even went and picked up my parts for me!! If you need any big truck repair, I highly recommend RSM!! Great service, very knowledgeable and just good people.

I can’t say enough about the owner Russ he help me get back on the road after my 2005 Chevy Silverado truck with a 6.6 Duramax motor blew off the boost tube boot . I was driving along southbound on I-5 when my boost tube boot came off and I made 2 other calls and 3rd times a charm , Russ answered and I told him my problem and he was even at a wedding rehearsal for a friend and he told his wife “I got to go help this family out and get them back on the road .” Russ said he would meet me at the Anderson Factory Outlets in 20 m... read more
