We worked an entire snow season for a property they managed, and have yet to be paid on a single invoice. This is not the first time this has occurred. Their accounts payable is completely unresponsive. We will never work with this company again.

RSM Facility Solutions does NOT pay thier invoices. My company did a job for them and they will not pay the bill. We quoted the job and they gave an approval. We jumped through hoops to replace glass at a H & M store. After the job was done they refused to pay the invoice that was quoted and approved. They ignore all phone calls and statements. Bad company to do business with!

Terrible company to work for. Do not do any jobs for them and expect to get paid. We have over $5,000.00 outstanding and refuse to do more work until paid. We have to fight for every dime and jump through many hoops to even submit and invoice. They ask calls to be made when we arrive at the job site but no phone to call. They want manger store stamps but no stamps and half the time no store manager even when we have a set appointment, so the manager knows we are coming. Warning to all contractors. Do not do business with this RSM365. Our company contracted with RSM365 to complete services at a property they serviced. The job was completed in a timely manor as promised and all of the numerous steps/documents/pictures required by RSM365 were completed. 6 Months later our company has still not able to get paid. We have been directed to a executive at the company and we are unable to get any response from the Procurement / Vendor Relations director. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
