Great experience using Ricardo & RSL for our EBB seismic retrofit. Good communication, good price, very helpful.
We are 100% satisfied with the work done by RSL Structural Inc. Ricardo is so knowledgeable of the whole EBB process and helped us every step of the way. His retrofit work was also impeccable and he did a fantastic job handling the permit, inspections and all the hurdles along the way. We had interviews about 15 different contractors ahead of picking Ricardo Lima and are 100% happy with our choice. We highly recommend him.
Ricardo performed an earthquake retrofit as part of the EBB grant program and he was great to work with. He knew all of the requirements and caught some issues in our application to ensure that everything went through the process without issues. He completed the work on schedule and the inspection passed on the first attempt. Highly recommended.
Excellent experience! Ricardo arrived promptly to inspect my house foundation, found out that it needed no work, and offered to help me (for free!) to certify that it was sound. Can't beat that!!
