Ricardo and RSL did an excellent job with my earthquake retrofit. He is fluent on the EBB program and provided excellent step-by-step guidance. He performed the retrofit and another crawlspace fix on-time, as promised, and without a speck of dirt left behind. He was professional, courteous, and followed through on every request. I highly recommend Ricardo and the RSL team!

I had a really great experience working with RSL Structural Inc. and Ricardo, the owner. I worked with Ricardo through the CA Earthquake Brace & Bolt program. He was very professional, courteous, and did great work. He even helped fix a broken latch on my side gate that I didn't ask for. One bit of feedback: He's extremely busy and sometimes it took a few days for him to get back to me, and I wish he could have tarped our stuff in the basement before he started work.

Ricardo (RSL) performed work for an earthquake seismic retrofit on my home through the California Earthquake Brace + Bolt (EBB) program. He and the team were professional, knowledgeable about the EBB requirements, and handled the process smoothly from start to finish.
