Ricardo performed an earthquake retrofit as part of the EBB grant program and he was great to work with. He knew all of the requirements and caught some issues in our application to ensure that everything went through the process without issues. He completed the work on schedule and the inspection passed on the first attempt. Highly recommended.
Excellent experience! Ricardo arrived promptly to inspect my house foundation, found out that it needed no work, and offered to help me (for free!) to certify that it was sound. Can't beat that!!
Ricardo was very helpful in navigating the Earthquake Bolt and Brace process and paperwork. He was very responsive to emails and phone calls when we had questions. Ricardo and his team were very professional and reasonably priced.
Ricardo is awesome to work with. He helped us with both completing the EBB program as well as with a refresh of our garage. He's friendly, super knowledgable, and goes above and beyond to communicate at each step of the way. We passed our EBB inspection without issue and our garage looks fantastic! Ricardo performed an earthquake retrofit on my house as part of the Bolt and Brace program. We had initially contacted him to inspect our foundation. When we got into the Brace and Bolt program, we reached back out to Ricardo to perform the work, which he quickly agreed to.
