Extremely disappointed with the current management at RSL LifeCare – Governor Phillip Manor. Over the past year, the overall atmosphere and quality of the facility seem to have declined significantly. Communication with families, service standards, staff responsiveness, and overall morale have noticeably worsened. Many of the experienced and genuinely good staff members who once made this place feel welcoming have left or transferred elsewhere. Residents are wonderful. Staff do really try to ensure a high standard of care.
