Wonderful service from all of the staff at RSL LifeCare at Home. My mum is on a Level 4 home care package and she was initially with another provider (absolutely terrible) before shifting to RSL. What a difference it has made! The home care coordinators in Lismore and Ballina are fantastic - very professional, knowledgeable and caring. And all of the nurses and other staff who we've encountered so far have been great as well. If you're looking for a home care provider in Lismore or Ballina, I'd highly recommend these guys.
