Worst customer service, they wont give a call back .they ll ignore your calls or attend and say they're busy and will give a call back but wont Bad attitude

I set up an appointment for 4:30 for my wife, sister and mother. We were told $15 for one side for a basic design and more for a custom complex design. When they arrived, there was no breakdown of price posted. When my sister asked for a custom design she was rude and confrontation and ended up doing her own choice of design. HER choice, she then does this and charges them $69 for one side for two hands. The lack of transparency on price and her rude behavior is the reason for the poor review.
