Another very good annual service on our ancient oil fired Worcester Greenstar Heatslave boiler last Thursday. Servicing old oil fired boilers is not a fun job but Charlie was first class - thorough and tidy. Thanks RSK.
Emergency plumber needed due to leak in kitchen NYE afternoon. Dan was here within an hour, and had diagnosed the issue. He removed the integral kitchen units and fridge to gain access to the concealed leaking pipe. All fixed and back to normal within about 2 hours! My family and I recently moved to a property in Compton and since moving have had ongoing problems with the boiler, along with a whole bunch of other problems including very poor hot water pressure. Rob and Robbie were always very good at coming to the property to help get the old boiler restarted but Rob came up with a proposal to address all plumbing and heating issues in one go, including a finance payment option. We had an issue with our central heating system where the radiators would heat up when the hot water was switched on. We could not switch the heating on at all. I called RSK and they popped round and resolved the problem by replacing a stuck 3 port valve body and another valve in our boiler that had seized up. There were also issues with some of our radiators which would not heat up even after being bled and being switched on. RSK popped round and sorted all our problems out.
