I had a project with our RSK engineering for 3 years During that time I was deceived, I was overcharged. No explanation or clear road where we are going or what is the next step. So many contracts, and revised contracts. Not signed and I paid for it. I paid. The first contract was $42,000 and I got sued by Mr. Rawhi Khalifeh For the amount of $343.000.00 first and it went down so Mr. Rawhi asked for $240.000.00.
