I reached out to Scott for an estimate on some electrical work at my home and couldn’t be happier with the experience. He showed up for the estimate when he said he would, walked me through the plan clearly, and answered all my questions. Prompt, reasonably priced, friendly and good advice. Will be our go to electrician for our future projects.
I had a power outage and my generator would not fully engage. I’ve had problems with it in the past. It can be temperamental. Regardless, I was advised by the manufacturer to call an electrician. I called RSK. they came out and the generator fired right up. Despite only being here less than 10 minutes, I was charged a full hour fee. I realize they were within the rights to do so, but they could have given me a break, which Scott refused to do. Human decency has gone out the window. I won’t use them again.
