I was sent to CSN RSK by my insurance company and when I arrived I was greeted with the up most professionalism and kindness. They immediately took a look at my car and got me a shuttle right away to the rental company. While we were there, a lady was giving them an extremely hard time because she needed to wait an entire 10 minutes (how dare it take 10 minutes for a shuttle to arrive haha).
