I had an incredible experience with RSK Collision! The service was truly outstanding—professional, down-to-earth, and some of the most understanding people I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to repairs and customer care. Sim and his team are ABSOLUTELY amazing! Especially for being a female bringing her tesla to a shop. They didn't try to over sell me, the process was easy, I was treated very respectfully. We brought in our Toyota Corolla for a repair on the back bumper and everyone at the office was super helpful and made the process seamless ! We had a bit of a hiccup with the other driver that hit me when they came in to pay for the damages but everyone at the office was there for me and helped me resolve this issue as well as fix my car! From their customer support to their repairs, 10/10

March 2026 Update - my private insurance outside of auto assisted with this. Police investigation. No video footage from CSN was provided to me and they didn’t work with me directly on this. Please be VERY careful working with this company as your internal contents can be stolen and there’s no recourse. A huge bag with work gear and contents of my vehicle were stolen while my Tesla was in their care for repairs.
